Hello, my name is Michelle Enriquez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of experience working in the mental health field. I provide therapy to adults, couples, adolescents, families and children. I am dedicated to providing my clients with compassionate care and we can work together to build on a good life and personal growth. I strive to empower individuals, families, and caregivers. My goal is to show you and encourage you to apply positive and healthy coping mechanisms when dealing with daily stress, life’s challenges, and your own unique struggles and with Solution-focused therapy, we can develop a concrete goal and various solutions for personal growth and improving life quality. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional and Certified ADHD Professional. Aside from my work in mental health, I enjoy watching movies, playing tennis, riding my bicycle on the beach, traveling, and most of all, listening to music and playing the ukulele.
