Hi, I'm Michelle.
I provide individual therapy specializing in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Caregiver Support, and Life Transitions, with a focus on aging. Bilingual in English and Tagalog.
​With over 25 years of experience in mental health and social work, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges by building resilience, developing coping strategies, and supporting personal growth. My practice focuses on providing support to adults, seniors, and caregivers in a safe, collaborative environment.
I use a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs. In collaboration, we explore meaningful goals and strategies to address life’s challenges.

I have worked in diverse settings, including hospice care, dialysis, home health, acute rehabilitation, nephrology, skilled nursing, adult protective services, emergency shelters for children, and hospitals (ICU, ER, NICU, telemetry, maternity). These experiences have provided me with a broad perspective and expertise in helping individuals and families through transitions, trauma, and complex health challenges.
