By utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, I collaborate with clients to set concrete goals and explore effective solutions for personal growth and improved quality of life.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Depth Psychology, focusing on Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices. This journey allows me to deepen my understanding and enhance my ability to offer comprehensive therapeutic interventions to better support my clients' needs.
I enjoy tennis, biking, and the ukulele, which help me maintain balance and promote self-care. I also provide services in Tagalog.
